Your Subscription Payment

If you are enrolled in one of our subscription plans (Monthly or Annual), your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription cycle. If you are a month-to-month user, your subscription will renew the following month on or around 14 days from the start of each subscription period. If you are an annual subscription member, your subscription will automatically renew on or around one year from the beginning of the last subscription period.

If there are issues with processing your payment, you and your team will be locked out of the account until successful payment processing.

To avoid Address Verification errors (AVS), please make sure that the billing information associated with the payment method matches the billing information supplied on your account. SignOnTheGo accepts all major credit cards or debit cards supported by Visa/Mastercard.
