GUIDE
There is a major crackdown on spam and fraudulent messages. Sometimes these filters are not able to exclude emails and notifications that you are expecting that are not spam. If you or your partner are not receiving notifications related to your document workflow, first check your spam folders.
You an “whitelist” SignOnTheGo notifications by doing any of the following (depending on your email provider):
If you do not see an email from in your Inbox…
Check your Spam Folder. If an email from SignOnTheGo is there?
To ensure delivery: Create a filter to automatically send email from SignOnTheGo to your Inbox.
iPhone Mail identifies most junk mail (spam) sent to your @icloud.com address or aliases, but it can mistakenly move email incorrectly to your Junk mail folder.
Periodically check the Junk folder for email messages that were marked as junk mistakenly.
To indicate that an email message from isn’t junk:
The message is moved to your Inbox. Subsequent email messages from SignOnTheGo will no longer be marked as junk.
By default, messages in the Junk folder are deleted after 30 days so be sure to check it often to whitelist relevant emails.
Emails that go to the “Promotions Tab”
Sometimes our emails can be associated with a special promotion. If you don’t find notifications in the junk folder, check the “Promotions” tab (if you are using Gmail).
If you’re still having trouble, please email support@signonthego.us and one of our support staff will be able to assist you further.
