1. You can choose to add document opening events in the audit trail by enabling the “Track document opening in audit trail” feature during document set up. In the Document Initiation screen, click the “Additional Options” drop down below the partner setup fields, then click “Track document opening in audit trail.”
2. Once the document is executed, you will be able to see all of the events that are associated with your document transaction, including when parties opened and viewed the document in the signing process. All of these events will be recorded as part of the audit trail associated with your document.
