Requesting and Requiring Attachments From Your Partners
SignOnTheGo allows document initiators to request and require additional attachments from signers involved in the document workflow. During the document setup:
1. Follow the steps for uploading and adding partners to the process.
2. Determine appropriate Signing Roles
3. In the Document Field Editing screen, drag the “Attachment” field over to the document.
4. Name and assign the attachment to the appropriate partner
5. Choose whether the attachment should be required or optional

Each partner with a required assigned attachment request will not be permitted to sign the document until the attachment has been included.
