How to use the “Bulk Signature” Feature

SignOnTheGo allows users to send documents to multiple individual signers in one transaction. This feature is perfect for situations where you need to send out the same document(s) to multiple individuals without having to spend hours setting up repetitive workflows. Ideal use cases are:

  • Permission Slips
  • Waivers
  • Registration forms
  • Enrollment/re-enrollment documents
1. Choose the “Me & Partners” workflow on the Quickstart dash
2. Select the document you wish to send using one of the formats in the “Select Document” section of the screen.
3. Add/change the document Name and description in the “Document Information” section of the screen.
4. Click the “Switch to Build Signature Process” in the top right corner of the “Participants” section of the screen.
5. Choose the signing roles you want the users to have.
6. Add bulk participants manually or upload a CSV format file (see note below regarding proper formatting)

Message Regarding CSV File Upload Format:
If you hover over the “Upload List of Participants” link, you will see formatting requirements for your CSV file.

  • Files MUST be in CSV format.
  • There should be no headers in the file.
  • Columns MUST be in the following order: First Name; Last Name; Email Address

You can add additional bulk participants or remove participants individually from the list as needed.
