How do I hide contact information on an audit trail?
SignOnTheGo offers two features that allow you to hide an audit trail or hide the contact information on an audit trail when working with partners. This helps protect your proprietary contacts in a competitive marketplace.
Note: This feature is only available when executing a document in a “partner” workflow.
1. After selecting your partner workflow on the dashboard, click “Advanced Options”
2. Then choose to either “Hide emails on the audit trail page” or “Hide audit trail page from partners.”
- Hide emails on audit trail page: With this option, your partner will receive a copy of the audit trail but will not see the email address for the partners involved in the process.
- Hide audit trail page for partners: With this option, your partners will not receive a copy of the audit trail at all. They will only receive the executed document.
