How do I archive and delete a document on my account?

Permanently delete a document

To permanently delete an executed document it must first be moved to archives.

To Archive

  1. Check your “Executed” folder for any document that you wish to delete.
  2. Clicking the “ellipse” to the right of the executed agreement.
  3. Select “Archive Document.”  

To Delete the Document:

  1. Click the “Archive” or “Executed” button in the control panel on the left.
  2. Find the document you wish to delete and click the ellipse button to the right of the document.
  3. Select “Delete Document” from the drop-down menu.
  4. When the pop-up window appears, click the button that says delete.

*Please note that you will only be able to archive and delete documents that originated from your profile.*
