Adding File Attachments and Supporting Documents on the Fly

SignOnTheGo allows users and their partners to add attachments to the workflow, even if they are not assigned or requested by the document initiator. This is useful for documents that require additional supporting files like:

  • Driver’s License
  • Proof of Income
  • Proof of Insurance
  • and more.

Attaching Additional Files on The Fly

Additional files can be added during either the “Edit” or “Signature” phase of the workflow by:
1. Click the ellipsis (…) next to the action buttons at the top of the document view.
2. Click “Add Attachment”
3. In the pop-up click “choose file” and select the attachment you wish to add to the workflow.
4. Name the attachment (recommended)
5. Click Ok

Note that individual file size is limited to 5MB and overall file size is limited to 25MB.
