Revision and Archiving

How to use revision history

To use revision history, follow the steps below and the accompanied screenshots for illustration.

  • Step 1 – Click on the icon “Executed” on the left dashboard panel
  • Step 2 – Select the document for revision review
  • Step 3 – Click on the 3-dots to the right of the document and select the revision option

  • Step 4 – A pop-up dialogue box will appear and provide options to select the revisions to compare. Select any two revisions to compare
  • Step 5 – Deleted items will be displayed in red highlights and added items  will be displayed in green highlights.
  • Step 6 – Once review is completed, close the window and return to the dashboard

How to archive a document

To archive a document, follow the steps below and the accompanied screenshots for illustration.

Note: Archiving a document can be preset in settings. These steps below, however, is for if it has been decided to move a document sooner than scheduled.

  • Step 1 – Click on the icon “Executed” on the left dashboard panel
  • Step 2 – Select the document for archiving

  • Step 3 – Click on the 3-dots to the right of the document and select the move to archive option
  • Step 4 – Close window or return to dashboard
